WWT is notorious for a multi-round interview process. Candidates can expect to have multiple 1:1 interviews scheduled over a period of days or (more likely) weeks. Core values and business concepts will be discussed and tested throughout, but technical interviews scheduled for those applying for a technical position. Expect at least equal weight applied to core values and position skills, with values having significant weight to any hiring decisions.
