2 Phone interviews before proceeding to face-to-face. Good guestions all. Initial recruiter's phone interview was very thorough and focused on how well i would fit into the WVI culture. Since WVI is a Christian organization, prepare to provide your testimony of your journey to Christ. FTF interview included future co-workers; worked off list of questions: some behavior. .
