Three stages of interview, the recruitment interview, hiring manager and senior management. The recruitment interview where in 2 folds, basic HR questions and then Technical question as it relates to the role. For the Hiring Manager is was technical to the role and the the management questions were on relating with management and other team members.

Kind interviewer. Good questions. The interviewer explained the job well and gave a clear understanding of the role. The interviewer listened and was truly trying to get to know me.

I applied via Linkedin and got shortlisted and interviewed. Alot of questions revolved around Christian faith and the like.
There were questions about work-life balance and work attitude. Entire process took a week.
