Question 1
What would your current supervisor say is a strength of yours? Weakness?
I was invited to a phone screen of 15m. The position was located in Europe and the recruiter was located in USA. The questions were about 10. The first ones could have been replied just looking at my CV, asking if I have developed the tasks that were mentioned in the job offer. I saw this as a lack of respect. Additionally the recruiter asked if I have a work permit to work in the country in which the job was offered and I replied that I had EU citizenship. To this, the recruiter repeated the question, because she acknowledge that she was located in USA and that she was not aware about EU labor market conditions.
My conclusion was: if this organization has money to hire recruiters that are not competent for the job, and they offer a non competitive price for the job I was applying, well, something must be wrong in the organization.
