Originally approached by recruiter for a different role, was able to have discussion with hiring manager about original role and others available. Decided to proceed with interviewing for Technical Lead role. Unfortunately I didn't wasn't able to be successful after a technical assessment and follow up technical interview with team members. The assessment was a take home brief to submit a working solution. The technical interview explored the solution and software development theory.
