Met with the General Manager for an In-Person Interview. Customer service, product knowledge, and loyalty program (Explorer program) focused questions. Also, asked if I was comfortable with light cleaning (including bathrooms). Hired At the conclusion of the interview.

I was taken to the back and the interview began. The questions were very generic. There was no questions that caught me off guard which was nice. The interview was about 40 minutes long which I thought was shocking but I was nervous at first and the manager made me feel comfortable.

The interview process was easy and simple. Managers were extremely friendly and kind. They asked very basic questions that were targeted towards your availability and you’re role at the store.
