I applied online and received a call from a manager a few days later setting up an interview before opening on a Sunday morning. The interview was in the office and lasted about 20 or 30 minutes. It was very easy and relaxed. After the interview I was told to expect a call from the general manager, but unfortunately I never heard anything back. After calling back 3 times over the next 3 weeks, I gave it up.

Casual didn't require me to dress up. Typical interview questions. Ended up talking retail business history with the interviewing manager. He was super cool. Mostly he was interested in my career goals. Turned out they really try to give you the opportunity to move up as much as possible.
