there were multiple processes including interview and assessment. The assessment was about giving advice as a consultant. The interview was basically about your basic skills, such as your teamwork skills and difficulties you faced after working as a group

Entretien
The interview was held on Microsoft Teams with the hiring manager and the team manager. The team manager asked most of the questions and focused mainly on what was written on my SOP. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.

I had a really pleasant experience during my WFP internship interview. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, which helped ease my nerves. The interview lasted around 30-45 minutes, and it felt more like a conversation than a formal assessment.

Too many math questions that don’t match the job description . For an internship job the aptitude tests are unfair ( but then again , it’s how they shortlist people)
