it was friendly and the job requirements and tasks I applied for was discussed and reviewed was made aware of what was to be done and the policy and mission mandate was clear to me after the end of the intrerview

The entire process took several weeks. The communication was clear and concise and each step was explained. It started with an aptitude test then a technical written test then an oral competency based interview. Between each level was about three to four weeks.

Interview consisted of 3 panelists that were friendly. Questions were about educational backgrounds, job specific questions. The questions were behavioral questions like how to handle multiple task, how to deal with difficult situations, how to implement change.
