It was a stage 1 meeting before the main interview with the hiring manager so it was more of interest and fit for the job. It provided valuable insight into the organization.

Panel interview with 6 members, conversation on highly technical aspects of procurement processes. Relaxed conversation on past roles and relevant professional experiences to the scope of the job. The duration of the panel interview is approximately one hour. After that, there is another interview with the director of the team. It should be the last one, as the panel normally recommends only one candidate but that was not the case for me.
