It took about 3 months. I applied for two separate positions but was encouraged to apply for a third which I eventually got. They have a weekly meeting to introduce the organization to interns as well as organize events for networking.

Two virtual interviews, mostly behavioral, short and straightforward. Focused mainly on experiences mentioned in my resume, and couple of "how would you approach this" types of questions. Positive experience overall.
