J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez World Bank Group
Entretien
There's no interview, they wrote me an email to inform me I was selected to do a test, and only the people who pass the test can have the interview.
The test is about operation analytics, and I need to submit the dashboard to them in 2hours.
After I submitted my test, they said they would let us know the result in 1week, but the truth is that they ghosted the failed candidate, and no one contacted me near 2months.
It's very disrespectful to the candidate. They refuse to offer the salary range, answer more detail about this role, and only want you to put effort into passing the test. It makes me feel like they're not selecting the talent but want to get the best report among hundreds of free labor.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez World Bank Group (Nairobi)
Entretien
Long interview process, no congent or open and honest hiring process. I had only interviewed because I know people and have been an STC so the opportunities for external and internal candidates are very low.
first round was panel interview and second was written test. They mainly asked about the Excel experience. and they asked a lot of questions in face of add hoc requests.
I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first was virtual on HireVue. The remaining interviews were all conducted in a panel format with 4-5 panelists taking turns asking questions. I went through 2 additional rounds of interviews and was asked to produce a writing sample on a specific prompt.
