The penal interview occurred after the candidate has passed the screening and a writing test. The penal interviewers compose of mostly online comms officer, and sometime will have some senior producers join onboard as well. Each of them seems to be assigned with different questions and there is a folder in front of each of the interviewers containing materials about the interviewee. The interview lasted for about 40 mins for me. Started with a self-introduction. And the lead of the penal also introduced briefly about the world bank and the work they do as well.
