- Online test programming - Onsite interview (live coding) After 2 weeks submitted online test programming, I was called to do live coding interview. After I entered the room, start coding 1v1 with the interviewer. he give me basic question about string manipulation. I have finished the question and it gives no problem in the output(TRUE) with 3 (for) looping, but suddenly the interviewer show unsatisfied face and a bit arrogantly said "the solution is really......(while scrolling my code)..This is the most simple question". (I know he want to told me that my solution is too complex for this easy question but in my opinion, he didn't need to told that, if he didn't like, just reject it). After that, I was told to go home and wait the result 1-2 weeks. But as I read from glassdoor, if you told to go home in one day interview, it means you failed. I don't know if the system are still same or not, but I conclude that I have failed in recruitment process.
