This was probably the most positive interview experience I’ve had in my entire career. The my HR specialist was communicative throughout the entire process and transparent on goals and timeline. The final interview was four hours long and very intensive, however I didn’t feel like I was getting drilled with interview questions that didn’t have value or that were duplicative. The process was very conversational with consistent feedback. I felt like I was a valued candidate the entire time and not “just another person” they were interviewing.
