Entretien
A couple of weeks after applying I received a call from a recruiter who screened me. I was told there would be at least 5 rounds of interviews. I was given a summary of what will be asked during each round.
I received an email to set up the next interview. In the email it stated that the Competency the interview will address was Workday Core Values.
Round 1 -- I was not asked about any of the core values of Workday, even though I was told it would be the focus and it was in the email. I was taken off guard and thought I was given the wrong interview. Instead the interview consisted of mostly technical questions. I have no problem with that but , again, was taken off guard because I spent a lot of prepping and learning about the VIBE culture. The interviewer did not seem interested in me at all. A bunch of questions were given at rapid fire.
No followup after the interview. Since I thought I was given the wrong interview, I followed up with the recruiter, only to be ghosted. After several attempts at contact I was told I was given the correct interview. Recruiter didn't know why they didn't ask the questions that were prompted me for. At that time I was told I wasn't selected for the role.
The whole thing was very disorganized. I would have appreciated the correct information about the interview topic.

Good. They asked multiple questions. Mostly related to technical areas. About jenkins, CI CD integrations, About the previous role education etc.
The experience was good and the interview was about 45 min. They asked many technical questions

It has total 7 stages including screening.
Screening, Manager round, Technical Coding Round 1, Technical Coding Round 2, Understanding Quality Round, Technical Workflow Round, Culture & Values Round.
The Process is smooth but has so many rounds that took 1 month to complete the process.
