I was reached out to by a recruiter after I applied online. The recruiter screen was fine, and she was very honest about their pay and RTO requirements. I was moved onto the next round, which was supposed to consist of a 30 minute hiring manager interview + a 30 minute interview with someone on the team. I got scheduled for it, they changed the times on me a few times, and then they ended up removing the interview with someone on the team at the last minute. The hiring manager was very serious and old school. She didn't ask difficult questions (or many questions at all), but she was oddly judgy about where I live and that, if I get this job, I would have a long commute. I told her I didn't mind but she was really pushy about it... She was also insistent on me needing to get a PMP even though I have an MBA. Very strange process overall. I got a rejection call 2 weeks later.
