Project based assignment. Given a specific situation and asked to develop a training plan to meet the learning needs. Very little other instruction provided. Extremely difficult to assess without knowing how Workday operate or what resources they have available. Zero feedback offered after completing the process, even after specifically requesting it. Feedback was “Hiring manager just said there was no feedback”. Really poor candidate experience.
