Overall. It was a very efficient process. There were two rounds. First was a one on one interview with the hiring manager followed by a team interview with the entire design team. Second interview included a portfolio presentation and design exercise.

The interviews themselves were fine but the communication (or lack of it) dragged on for months. I'd think they ghosted me then a month later they'd want another. Just terrible, terrible communication.
