Was setup to have a phone interview. The female called me 10 minutes late from a cell phone. Sounded like she was on the road and was not taking any notes.
She told me liked me and would reach back out, but has not done so. Tried emailing her a few times with no response. Unprofessional.
Straight forward, no major curve balls. Quizzed on how I've managed complex deals and how to handle difficult people internally. Pretty standard stuff. 5 interviews total including panel at the end.

A bit lengthy, but Workday is very picky. If the cultural fit is not there it does not matter if you are a rockstar. Quite a few steps to go through before the final panel

The interview process was smooth and professional. Communication was clear throughout, and each step felt well-structured. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and respectful, creating a comfortable environment. It gave me a great impression of the company culture.
