Contacted by the recruiter initially and was followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. Cleared the phone interview and was called for onsite interview with 4 people spanning 2 hours.

I did a phone interview first and was then invited back for an interview in the Dublin Office. The interview consisted of four half hour interviews. The whole thing was comfortable and informal.
