J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Workday (Pleasanton, CA) en déc. 2013

Got contacted from an employee referral. Interview process took 4+ weeks. Went to Pleasanton office to interview. They paid for gas and hotel. Everyone was nice, had a long day but it was definitely worth it. Smart, capable people. Technical questions were easy, and its mostly to see if you mesh with the team or not.

I applied to Workday in October 2013 through a career fair held on-campus. I heard back from a recruiter in December and scheduled a phone interview with the Automation team's manager. The questions were all behavioral. A week or two later I heard back from the recruiter saying they would like to schedule an on-site interview.
I interviewed on-site in January. All the team members and HR staff were friendly and I was again asked all behavioral questions. They seem to be looking for a team member who will fit well with the team than an extremely experienced individual. HR told me they would respond to me before the deadline of my then other offer (2 weeks). It has now been a month and a half and I have not heard back from HR.

I applied as a GW. Started the interview day at 8am. Went through an introduction and explanation of how automation was done. Interviewed with 6 people for 30 minutes each. General questions, not as technical as I expected.
Other reviews mentioned having an upbeat attitude so I did and I think that helped me a lot.
