The first step was the phone screening interview which was cancelled at the last moment. The recruiter never mailed back with the new interview schedule.
After a couple of mails from me, the interview was re-scheduled. It went pretty well with mostly only behavioral questions.
The recruiter never got back with the feedback regarding the interview. Unprofessional.

There are 4 stages in the hiring process. Started with an HR interview, followed by hiring manager. Applied via Workday web site. HR emailed a time that the hiring manager call for introduction. If the hiring manager like you, they will send you a programming test to work on in a couple days. If they like your programs, HR called for a face-to-face interview that takes about 4 hours with 4-6 people.

Their questions are simple. But they did not ask the questions clearly. They want to see how to react to the unclear. For example, they ask you to write a recursive Java function.
