I obtained the interview via internal reference. There were two phone screens: one from HM and another from a potential peer (manager). The onsite interview soon followed at company's HQ. One technical interview with engineers and three managerial interviews. Technical interview wasn't coding but system design and describe technical aspect of previous projects. Managerial interviews were all around how to manage a team, project delivery, and team performance.

1. Screening Call 2. Interview with Hiring Manager (less than 60 mins) - Easy chat, talked about past experience managing people etc. 3. Interview with other Engineering Manager - Again easy chat, nothing too stressful 4. Two onsite interviews, - First with PM & Developer - how to handle communications to different audiences - Second with a Developer & a principle Developer - More about communication styles
