I had an online interview with both the recruiter and the hiring manager. The conversations were pleasant and well-structured, creating a comfortable atmosphere, though they did not provide much detailed insight into the actual projects or day-to-day responsibilities.

Conducted an initial phone induction interview. The interviewer first explained in detail the company operations and expectations of the role. The interviewer was friendly and interested but honest about concerns and expectations. Overall it was a positive experience.
