I completed an online recorded interview as the first stage process. This was the first time I had completed an interview like this. I initially thought that it did not go well as its felt strange talking to myself and not having the interaction that comes with a face top face interview but overall I liked the convenience and I am attending a final stage face to ace interview later this week.

First stage was an automatic video interview. Second stage was a 3 hour in person interview. This involved a group activity, one-on-one interview which required you to answer to a STAR format, and finally an analysis of a case study.
