long initially they take interviews on call then 3-hour long assignments then 7 days at the office they will check how you work and if they like it then you will be hired.

Quite detailed and questions were asked based on the assessment as well as past education/experience. Overall the interview is pretty straight forward and more like a conversation. They are interested to know about your educational experience in detail.
