Went through a series of four interviews with different teams. Every interview went well and there was plenty of encouraging and positive feedback. Was told decision process would be a week out, as managers were on break. Was promptly 100% ghosted. Not a single word of response over the course of several months, numerous emails, and plenty of phone calls. If they waste the applicant's time like this, can only imagine how they mismanage their time internally. Lot of self-congratulatory discussion in the interview, they seem to lack self awareness of how they can improve. Will loose several good candidates if they continue like this.

Went through 5… yes, five rounds of interviews with hiring manager and other members of the team. At each step in the process, language was scripted so that I believed this position was a guarantee. After the fifth and final interview, was completely ghosted. Get the sense this is a company that operates on theory, and not practice.
I advise candidates to be up front with hiring managers and ask about total steps in this process before wasting your time preparing, conducting, and following up with interviews.
