I received a phone call, offered an interview, and was told I would be perfect for the role, so I accepted and received an email to confirm. Went to interview and felt rushed.
Wanted to know of my availbility, how quickly I could get to the store, how much work would I like to do, guy told me I would get a phone call. No phone call, i received a generic email from the guy who set up the interview giving me to "oh sorry, you're not who we're looking" garbage.
Informal and straight forward. Questions about availability, ability to work nights and weekends, mainly checking ability to do the job and attitude.
Asked if you have your own transport and will be able to pickup shifts at short notice

apply online, recieved an email for interview, gave me plenty of time to prepare 1 on 1 with store manager, practiced several times, make sure to read about the company, 10 minute interview, pretty easy

Was really casual and relaxing. Talked about hobbies and interests with manager then started the interview. Questions were simple and answers needed to answer were basic. In the end a very easy process for this job.
