Applied online and heard back within a week for a phone interview. Easygoing, natural conversation but we did cover the typical interview questions. The recruiter was amiable, informative about the job, and transparent in regards to salary/benefits right off the bat, which I definitely appreciate. Overall, this company seems like a great place to work. If the recruiter is any indication of what the rest of the people at the company are like, then I would definitely recommend the culture. They are a progressive company. The only downsides are that the 401k doesn’t kick in until you’ve been there for 3 years and like you have probably read from former employee reviews, the salary is on the lower end.
