The interview process was very simple and included two sets of interviews and panel interviews. It was easy to schedule the interview and support the schedule suggested. The panel was very pleasing.

Entretien
Very focused on the STAR format. Group interview, with five different people taking turns to ask questions. Friendly environment. Pretty standard "Tell me about a time" kind of questions. Entire process started with a brief HR screen, then the panel interview on another day, then finally an interview with a VP.

Interview process was great. Woodward does a great job in tailoring questions based on your experience level and job you are applying for, rather than just the standard questions you always get. You feel like you are having a great conversation rather than feeling intimidated in an interview.
