The whole process is strange, as was asked most questions on team leading and management. The funny part is one of the main interviewer came with some one's CV and only found out after some time. The feedback recd I am more technical but they require a rockstar Manager. Each interviewer had their own version of the role with one theme common - this is not a very tech role. Their processes and delivery seems to be screwed up and are hoping to fix with this new guy.
