Collegial process asking more on technical skills of how to solve an IT liability issue. Interviewer was concerned about why I was interested to enter private practice. Generally it was friendly and more of an experience sharing session although the technical questions were moderately challenging.

How would you address a vendor refusing to accept liability for third party infringement?
Partners were friendly and nice, asked mostly team-based questions to get to know the interviewee better. They were also kind enough to answer questions at the end of the interview although they seem busy.

Tell me about yourself, and the usual teamwork questions.
Interviewers were friendly and interested to get to know more about me. Interview lasted about half an hour, and at the end the partners entertained questions that I had about the firm.
