My interview process was smooth, professional, and engaging. Communication flowed throughout, expectations were explained, and the team provided a welcoming environment. I appreciated opportunity to share my experience and felt the conversation was thoughtful, organized, and respectful of my time.

Entretien
Interview consisted of 4 parts.
1. Introduction phone interview.
2. Phone interview with one Mechanical Engineer.
3. A at home design challenge,
4. In person 3hr interview with multiple Mechanical Engineers and a 2nd design challenge after a detailed review of my first design challenge. Interview went well with lots of typical questions you would normally hear, nothing out of the unusual. References were not necessary due to the detailed performance assessment during the final interview process.

Remote interviews, done with a number of different steps. The process was very easy and all of the interviewers were very informative and helpful. They made the process very simple.
