First, a phone screen with someone in HR. Then, phone interview with potential reporting manager, and then one other sales manager and then finally, the VP of Sales. One of those interviews would take place onsite and would require a sample presentation and a 30-60-90 day plan. A written business plan would need to be provided as well.
