Very proactive in the beginning--so recruiting process went surprisingly fast, but during the actual interview, the interviewers were more focused on filling in your responses on your computer than actually engaging in a conversation. Because it was so structured, there was no time for questions--I guess they assumed they didn't need to "sell" to me since they're "Amazon." Very focused on examples: "Give me a specific example of..."--but not really questions. They also have one person from a non-related group analyze whether or not you're better than 51% of the current employees. It was easy to tell who this person was, once I knew this was part of the process. Also wasn't 100% on what the job was and got mixed answers about who the hiring manager was (they were very secretive about the roles of with whom you were having conversations).

6 Interviews with one day on site. I met with the Sales team and HR plus the tech department. I felt like I had the job when I went out there because they didn't bring anyone else out. Basic interviews
