after i submitted my resume i had to answer 5 questions including why i would be a good leader via email to go on to the next step of a phone interview, then an interview with my potential future boss which was pretty informal, and after that i had an interview with his/her boss. the whole process took over 2 months and felt it could have been sped up a little.

I applied on Simplyhired and heard from the recruiter within 2 days. I had a phone interview with the recruiter and was brought in for an interview with the hiring manager and one other manager in the company. I heard back the next day with an offer.
