I had an intro interview with the hiring manager, followed by a conversation with a team member. Then I received an assignment, and the next call was to present it to the wider team.

Question 1
I was asked to create a presentation covering PMM strategy and a growth plan for one of their products. The presentation was supposed to be done using their branded template. Wolt gave me 10 days to complete working on the assignment.

Entretien
1. Recruiter Call
Was very positive. She asked basic questions about the background and how the experience fits what they are looking for, about Wolt, why leaving current job, and so on.
2. Interview with Hiring Manager
It left a bittersweet kind of taste. First, the interview was rescheduled one day before the scheduled session. The hiring manager arrived 5 mins late to the rescheduled interview that was late in the evening. Was constantly yawning, standing up, doing something with the lights or windows during first 10 mins... which was a bit disturbing and felt a bit disrespectful. Halfway through the interview, it was communicated that the job description on LinkedIn was completely different from what they were looking for and perhaps HR didn't update the correct job. It also felt like they didn't know who they wanted to hire. In general, the hiring manager asked very good questions, and was quite a learning experience but because of some of the earlier mentioned things, the experience wasn't so great.
