I was contacted on Linkedin by a recruiter. I had the first interview with the recruiter and then two interviews with hiring managers. The interviews went very well (at least I thought so), I was able to answer all the questions. 3 weeks later I received an automated mail were my name was not even typed in. The HR forgot to fill the template and they sent me the template right away, instead of the name of the interviewers there was Very poor quality from recruiting team...
