Initially, they share the whole interview process very transparently. They send a homework assignment if they're satisfied with the result of the homework you'll be invited to the technical interview which they called me for the technical interview. It lasted around 1.5 hours, talked about relevant front-end questions related to the role, and got feedback for the homework, which sounded very positive to me during the interview. I used Ramda.js to implement the logic which we discussed and I tried to explain why I choose to use it. And then sent me a negative follow-up email as they don't like how I use Ramda.js. The question is if you don't like the homework why do you even call me for the technical round and then say "You shouldn't go overboard with Ramda." and decide not to carry on with me due to my homework? Very confusing and unprofessional behavior.
