      Entretien

I Interviewed with them about a year ago. The first thing I noticed is they had an old disorganized version of my resume from one of the job search sites. I ended up emailing the gentleman I was interviewing with an updated version of my resume from my phone. They also waited several months to almost a year after I applied to call me in which I found kind of odd. One of the first questions the guy I met with asked was concerning my internship, he immediately said "no offer of full time after internship, huh " which I found incredibly rude. It was like he immediately jumped to a conclusion that the internship ended because I was a bad employee which is not true at all. It just seemed like he immediately assumed the worst. I had to explain the reason I left. It was because they weren’t sure if they were going to financially be able to extend my internship past January of 2016 ( the latest they could have gone would have been April 2016), which is when I left for a permanent opportunity. I am guessing he didn't buy that explanation because I ended not getting the job which is fine with me because the whole interview left a very bad taste in my mouth. It lead to be believe that organization may not be a good fit for me. (and could possibly be toxic) Funny thing is, I used my supervisor at that internship for a reference for a later opportunity that I applied for without asking him and he gave me a very glowing reference.

I am sorry you didn't find your interview experience enjoyable. When I read your comments, I felt like I was reading about some other company because it didn’t sound at all like our process or the experience we strive for. We have a great group of people on our team and a great company culture. Our employees have rated Wolf Consulting a Best Place to Work for the past three consecutive years. I am sorry that your experience didn't feel good. I wish you the best of luck in the future.
