Although I was not selected for the role, I came away impressed by Woebot and the way they handle the process. I followed the Talent Acquisition person on LinkedIn and was even more impressed by their humble beginning and how they celebrate success as well as practice mindfulness together.

The part that stuck out to me was their job postings consist a "how you'll thrive" section. That allows me to imagine how I would fit in as a new team member for the initial 90 days. I LOVE that and I was excited to find out more about this company when I hit the submit button.
