Basically three stages: - Live Coding on CodeSignal (Leetcode Easy - Medium) - Onsite (System design, Behavioural, Refactoring) - Offer I applied online. I got to chat with the recruiter. Then we scheduled an online live coding on CodeSignal. After the live coding, the team decided to moved to the next stage which was an virtual onsite. It's involved system design, scaling and refactoring. The tests code didn't follow any design pattern or convention (PEP 8). You'd have to share your screen as you code. Since it was Python you have to implement at least two endpoints following the readme instructions. I didn't have much time to really complete as I felt like rewriting the entire code. So at the end, we discussed other things I could do to improve the code and design in general. I should also mention that the interviewer was nice. And before starting he said "My goal here is not to try make you fail but to see how we can work together and how you code". That alone was soothing to the tension of live coding. At this point, I was told the hiring team are working to get me on the right project/team. I was also made an "unofficial" offer. The offer was okay but as it wasn't officially an offer so I couldn't say yes or no. I am waiting for the team to present an official offer. I will update this in due time.
