The US recruiter approached me via LinkedIn, and the zoom interviews were with the hiring manager in Tel Aviv. I was impressed with how they accounted for the time zone differences and how they sent me a link to a platform that allowed me to record the pronunciation of my name prior to the call. Those small details were impactful for me. The project I was given to complete as part of the process was much smaller in scope than what I've had for other company interviews. After explaining my project to the hiring manager, I was told they were moving on with other candidates. I did not receive an offer.
