After completing an initial phone interview with HR and a subsequent phone interview with the recruiting manager, I was given a home assignment. Upon submitting the assignment, I received an email from the company stating that they had decided to stop the hiring process. Unfortunately, they did not provide any additional feedback or explanation for their decision, leaving me uncertain about the reasons behind it and how I could improve my candidacy for future opportunities.

After an initial phone call, I received a home assignment to test my skills and demonstrate my analytical approach. This was to determine my suitability for the role in order to advance further or not. No feedback was given for the assignment.

Entretien
HR pre-interview and then sent an assignment. Assignment took a few hours and was rejected after they received. Asked for feedback and they said it's wasn't innovative enough. Friends at Wix that work closely with SEO reviewed the assignment and were impressed.
