Entretien
The process was composed of 4 stages and it took a month from the first interview to the offer. The stages are:
- Short interview (20 min)
- Written Assignment with customer support related questions and Build a Website challenge
- Interview with a Team Lead (1 hour)
- Interview with HR and Site Manager (45 minutes)
The interviews require a lot of preparation as most of the questions are based on examples and they are looking for someone with great experience in customer service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and let me make questions and really understand the position to see if it would be a good match for me.

There was an interview with the team leader at the beginning instead of an HR interview
It was an interesting interview, it is not clear why the team leader called and not the HR manager
Simple process. Intro phone call, and two interviews with a team lead and a group leader. There was another with HR but it seemed the decision to hire had been made before that interview.
