Went for an initial interview with a partner which was arranged by an external recruiter. It was a good interview, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, partner was personable, but I didn't get the job.

Why are you thinking of leaving your current employer?
First round of interview is a face to face interview with HR and Partner and second round interview is an 1 hour written test. The process is smooth and nice.
Entered through the training contract route many years ago. I trained for a few month in different departments and was asked for my preference. I applied as a trainee while in law school and interviewed remotely once.
