      The interview lasted 2 hours and was conducted in person. It was divided into two main parts: a 1-hour coding test and a 1-hour system design discussion. The coding portion included multiple tasks covering a range of topics. The system design part focused on past experience and how to approach designing a system similar to the one used by the company.

      HR Round: The process kicked off with a conversation with HR. They gave me a solid overview of the role and the company, and they answered all my questions clearly. The conversation felt really relaxed and helped set a positive tone right from the start. Technical Phone Screen: Next was the technical phone screen. I was given a coding question that struck a nice balance between theory and practical application. It was a good challenge, and the interviewer made the whole thing feel like a collaborative problem-solving session rather than a test. Technical Interview: After that, I had a more in-depth technical round, which included both coding exercises and system design questions. The engineers I met with were experienced and thoughtful, and they created a really supportive environment. It was clear they cared about both technical depth and how people think through problems. Hiring Manager Interview: The final step was a culture fit interview with the hiring manager. It felt more like an engaging conversation than a formal interview, which I really appreciated. It was an excellent opportunity to get a feel for how the team operates and what they value. Communication was top-notch throughout the process. HR kept me in the loop at every stage, and I always got timely feedback. In the end, I accepted the offer because the entire experience was so positive, and the team and culture at Wisedocs really stood out to me.

      The screening is a 30-minute coding challenge, which is relatively straightforward. However, during the following steps, all the questions are more open-ended, which gives you a chance to show yourself. I enjoyed the Design interview with a stellar interviewer.

      I recently interviewed for a Senior Software Engineer role at Wisedocs and had a great experience. The process was smooth, and everyone I interacted with was super friendly. HR Round: This started with a chat with HR. The person I spoke with was really nice and gave me a good overview of the company and the role. They also answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Technical Phone Screen: Next, I had a technical phone screen. The interviewer asked a coding question. It was a good mix of theory and practical questions. Technical Interview: After that, I went through a technical interview. This was a more in-depth session with coding exercises and system design questions. The interviewers were experienced engineers who made the whole process feel collaborative rather than stressful. Hiring Manager Interview: The final step was a culture interview with the hiring manager, It was more of a conversation than an interview, which was a nice change of pace. Communication throughout was great. HR kept me in the loop at every stage and provided quick feedback. I ended up accepting the offer because the whole experience was so positive, and the company culture seems awesome. Overall, Wisedocs has a well-organized interview process and a great team.
