J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wise (Londres, Angleterre) en août 2024

      Entretien

Horrific interview by very inexperienced staff. One had worked in pharmaceutical testing and had no prior financial services or compliance experience and the other only one previous job in a junior role at at a previous firm. I have ADHD and the organisations HR team kindly sent questions ahead of interview to accommodate which was greatly appreciated and is a well known accommodating factor that firms offer for candidates who have ADHD. I pre prepared all answers in-line with questions received in advance. However at interview panelists started to ask completely different questions. When I raised that questions were entirely different from pre approved that had been sent in advance by HR, the interviewers stated that they were aware but would be asking different questions. Anyone that has an understanding of ADHD knows that this could likely almost entirely derail an interview when dealing with a non neuro typical candidate, which is something that is easily explained with as little as a brief google search on the subject. I would very much recommend that all ADHD and non neurological typical candidates avoid or closely monitor the interview process with this organisation. If it is widely known that doing something such as changing pre-approved questions at the last minute could likely cause major issue for ADHD or non neuro typical candidates, is this done intentionally by the firm to identify and discard candidates of this type? Very worrying behaviour by a supposedly professional organisation in this day and age!
