      Entretien pour Payments Processing Specialist

      Tampa, FL

      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wise (Tampa, FL) en juin 2015

      Entretien

This is a 4-5 interview process, starting with the HR head accompanied by the senior Payments Processing Specialist onsite, then interviewing via Skype with various senior executives, ending with one of the two founders. The first is an onsite interview with the head of HR, very cordial, casual, interesting and fun. I prepared by thoroughly researching the company and its history, and my background including enough knowledge of banking that the response was extremely positive. I was told I was being put through to the next interview, at the conclusion of that first meeting. I was thrilled! Unfortunately, the semi-annual company retreat to Tallinn, Estonia, was held within a week after my interview. I think the lag between interview and follow up interview (3 weeks) was so long that the HR manager lost sight of the great fit I could have been for the company, and how much I wanted to be a part of their growth and success. I received an email approximately 4 weeks after application that I was not being considered for the position.

      Entretien

I went through two interviews both of which were held in Tallinn. There were two people interviewing, I can't really remember who was who since it's been a long time. What I do remember is that the atmosphere was really relaxed and I felt so comfortable. We made jokes and laughed. The first part was in Estonian then followed by English. They asked me about my childhood memory that I cherished and asked how would my current employer describe me etc. I received an invitation to the second interview.
